    DO YOU OFFER DESIGNATED DRIVER TICKETS?

    Thank you for thinking responsibly and, YES, we offer designated driver tickets. Designated driver tickets are ONLY sold at the event, on the DAY OF the event. DD tickets are $10 and will always be available, regardless of whether or not the event is sold out. In order to qualify for a DD ticket, you must prevent valid 21+ year old ID and you must be accompanying a paying attendee. Please go to the box office before the session begins to purchase your DD tickets. ​

    DO I HAVE TO BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE?

    Yes. By law, everyone must be 21 years or older to attend this event. Children, toddlers, and babies are not allowed inside the festival grounds. ​

    HOW MANY SAMPLES DO I GET?

    The number of samples included is different at each event. Please check out the event page for the city you're interested in.

    ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?

    Unfortunately no. Children are NOT permitted within the festival space, this includes any Designated Drivers. Everyone who enters the event must be 21 years or older.

    ARE PETS ALLOWED?

    Unfortunately pets are not allowed. Service animals are welcome.

    WHEN IS LAST POUR?

    Serving will stop 10 minutes prior to the event's conclusion.

    I LOST MY ID, WHAT OTHER DOCUMENTATION IS ACCEPTABLE PROOF OF AGE?

    If you cannot locate your driver's license, other forms of acceptable proof of age include your passport or other state issued ID.

    WHAT IS THE EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY?

    All ticket purchasers will be alerted via the e-mail provided at the time of purchase when an event is cancelled or rescheduled. Cancelled events will be fully refunded. For rescheduled events, if you are unable to make the new date then a full refund will be entitled. All refunds for those unable to make the rescheduled date must be requested prior to the original event date.

    HOW WOULD I GET MY BAND TO PLAY AT YOUR EVENT?

    We typically book our musical entertainment at least 6 months prior to the event. If the event is further out than 6 months, please email general details including pricing to tsmevents@townsquaremedia.com

    WHEN DOES THE BAND START PLAYING?

    The band will start playing when the doors open.

    HOW CAN A DUPLICATE TICKET PURCHASE CHARGE BE ADJUSTED?

    If when checking out you received a notice that we were unable to process your payment, it's possible that the transaction was declined due to failed address verification. When this happens, your bank may still authorize the charge and therefore show in your bank account, but know that in this case the charge will not settle and should clear within a few business days.

    I ALREADY BOUGHT MY TICKET. CAN A DISCOUNT CODE BE APPLIED?

    Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.

    CAN I CHANGE MY TICKETS TO A DIFFERENT SESSION

    We are unable to switch tickets to a different session, but you are welcome to see or give your tickets to someone and purchase the session you'd like to attend instead.

    I LOST MY TICKET. CAN I GET IN WITH MY ID?

    No, you must have a ticket in hand or on your phone with the unique barcode.

    I DON'T DRINK BUT WOULD STILL LIKE TO ATTEND. DO YOU OFFER A NON-DRINKER TICKET?

    Yes, Designated Driver tickets are $10 and are available at the door or as an add-on ticket. Even if we are sold out in advance, DD tickets will still be available at the door.

    ARE DISCOUNT CODES AVAILABLE?

    We do offer a variety of discount codes via social media, email blasts, etc. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.

    DO PRICES INCREASE AT ANY TIME?

    Yes, please check on the event page for the pricing calendar.

    A DRINK OPTION THAT WAS ON YOUR WEBSITE WASN'T AT THE FESTIVAL. WHAT HAPPENED?

    Unfortunately, sometimes life happens and breweries/distributors are unable to make it due to staffing shortages or scheduling issues.

    WHEN WILL THE DRINK LIST BE PUBLISHED?

    Typically the drink list is posted 7-10 days prior to the event.

    HOW DO I GET MY BREWERY/WINERY/DISTILLERY INVOLVED?

    We have an open distributor policy (based on venue restrictions)! We'll feature your business, purchase the alcohol, and there's no table fee! Fill out our form right here with your information and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

    WHY ISN'T MY FAVORITE BREWERY/WINERY/DISTILLERY AT THE EVENT?

    All are invited, but sometimes they aren't available or we can't reach the right person. Feel free to pass along that their alcohol will be purchased and there's no fee at all for them to participate!

    WHAT DO SPONSORS RECEIVE?

    WHAT DO VENDORS RECEIVE?

    This varies for each event. But vendors will typically receive an 8-foot table and 2 chairs. Electricity is typically an additional charge.

    IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF VENDORS YOU'LL ACCEPT?

    This varies for each event depending on the size of the festival space.

    HOW DO I BECOME A VENDOR AT YOUR EVENT?

    WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MORE INFORMATION ABOUT MY VOLUNTEER ASSIGNMENT?

    You'll receive an email three weeks prior to the event and again the week of the event.

    CAN I VOLUNTEER WITH MY FRIENDS?

    Absolutely! Share the volunteer application link with your friends and we'll do our best to place you together.

    WHAT WILL I RECEIVE AS A VOLUNTEER?

    You'll receive a t-shirt (sizes S-2XL available) and a souvenir sampling glass.

    WHAT WILL I BE RESPONSIBLE FOR AS A VOLUNTEER?

    Volunteers will either be responsible for pouring, icing down beer or helping out at the gates.
